Say to him or to her in a pleasant voice that they have negative thing about them without hurting their feelings. Being honest about what you see or what you feel is not a sin even though you hurt someone feeling it is important that you tell them what wrong with them. Here's some steps on how to tell negative thing without hurting their feeling first you must talk to him or to her personally in a private place with no anyone can hear your conversation for being confidential then you must talk to her in a pleasant voice and explain to him or to her on what is wrong about her honesty is the key to have a better conversation to avoid misunderstanding
